KVKK uyar\u0131nca \u201cVeri Sorumlusu\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131yla a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen \u015fart ve ko\u015fullarda i\u015flemektedir.<\/p><p><strong>Ki\u015fisel Veriler ve \u0130\u015flenme Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Ki\u015fisel veri, KVKK\u2019da kimli\u011fi belirli veya belirlenebilir ger\u00e7ek ki\u015fiye ili\u015fkin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilgi olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu ki\u015fisel verileri sadece; a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zaya istinaden veya Kanun\u2019da belirtilen g\u00fcvenlik ve gizlilik esaslar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, \u015firket faaliyetlerinin yu\u0308ru\u0308tu\u0308lmesi, veri sahipleri ile m\u00fc\u015fteriler aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f ili\u015fkisinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve\/veya bu ama\u00e7la g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131, hizmetler, f\u0131rsat ve olanaklar sunulmas\u0131 ve hizmet kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla payla\u015fabilecektir.<\/p><p><strong>Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Aktar\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Ki\u015fisel veriler yukarda a\u00e7\u0131klanan ama\u00e7lar ve ilgili yasal d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren sebeplerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak hizmetlerinden faydalan\u0131lan ve i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde bulunulan kurum ve kurulu\u015flarla payla\u015f\u0131labilir.<\/p><p><strong>Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Elde Edilme Y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong><\/p><p>Ki\u015fisel veriler, yukar\u0131da belirtilen ama\u00e7larla, Kanun\u2019da \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen temel ilkelere uygun olarak ilgili ki\u015finin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine zarar vermemek kayd\u0131yla otomatik veya otomatik olmayan y\u00f6ntemlerle toplanmaktad\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Saklanmas\u0131: Holland Trade Center Istanbul b.v.\u00a0 \u00a0ile payla\u015f\u0131lan ki\u015fisel veriler yurti\u00e7i\/yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvenli sunucular\u0131nda ilgili yasal d\u00fczenlemelere ve KVKK h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak saklanmaktad\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesi gerektiren ama\u00e7 ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve\/veya ilgili mevzuat uyar\u0131nca verileri saklamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc k\u0131l\u0131nan yasal s\u00fcreler doldu\u011funda, ki\u015fisel veriler kurum taraf\u0131ndan silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.<\/p><p>Ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131 kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde veri sahibinin haklar\u0131:<\/p><ul><li>Veri sahibi olarak, KVK Kanunu h\u00fckm\u00fcnde<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerinin i\u015flenip i\u015flenmedi\u011fine ili\u015fkin bilgi edinme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenme amac\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li><li>Yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ki\u015fisel verilerinin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmelerini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131 halinde, bunlar\u0131n silinmesini veya yok edilmesini talep etme,<\/li><li>\u0130\u015flenen verilerin m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran otomatik sistemler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhine ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonuca itiraz etme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmesi sebebiyle zarara u\u011framas\u0131 h\u00e2linde zarar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesini talep etme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde verilerin d\u00fczeltilmesi talebini iletme.<\/li><\/ul><p>Veri sahibi yukar\u0131da belirtilen haklardan herhangi birini kullanmak istemesi durumunda;<\/p><p>e-mail:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@hollandtradecenteristanbul.com\">info@<\/a>hollandtradecenteristanbul.com kay\u0131tl\u0131 elektronik posta adresine g\u00fcvenli elektronik imza ile g\u00f6nderilmesi gerekmektedir.
